Terms of service
The terms on which we provide our services and this website.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the medical care services provided by First Response Medical Care Services - L.L.C. By booking a service with us, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
The content on this website is general information, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician, and you should not delay seeking care because of something you read here. In a life-threatening emergency, call 998 for an ambulance.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once our care team has spoken to you and agreed the service, the time window and the price.
- Arrival windows are estimates made in good faith. Traffic, weather and clinical priority can affect them; we will tell you if a time changes.
- You must give us accurate address and access information. If our clinician cannot reach you, a call-out charge may still apply.
- We may decline or discontinue a booking where home care is not clinically appropriate, or where our team's safety cannot be assured.
Clinical decisions
Our clinicians exercise independent professional judgement. A requested treatment will only be provided where it is clinically appropriate. Where a condition needs hospital care, we will tell you and help arrange the transfer or escalation rather than continue at home.
Fees and payment
We confirm the cost of a visit before a clinician is dispatched. Additional services requested during a visit are charged at the rates quoted at the time. Where you ask us to bill an insurer, you remain responsible for any amount the insurer does not cover.
Cancellation
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A cancellation made after a clinician has already been dispatched may incur a charge, which we will tell you about at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
- Give complete and accurate information about symptoms, history, allergies and current medication.
- Follow the care plan and aftercare instructions given to you.
- Provide a safe environment for our clinicians while they are at your premises.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to that, we are not liable for outcomes arising from information withheld from us, from a failure to follow clinical instructions, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
