Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we protect it

Access to health records is limited to staff who need it to do their job. Records are held with access controls appropriate to healthcare data, and our team is bound by confidentiality obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of health information seriously and review our practices.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to respond to them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to stop contacting you for non-clinical purposes.
